A limited edition cel inspired by the 1941 Walt Disney Studios animated short “The Little Whirlwind." Featuring Mickey Mouse and his leading lady Minnie Mouse, the cel was re-created using traditional hand-painted animation techniques and paired with a gorgeous printed background. The limited edition is numbered 760/950. The cel measures 13"x16" and is in very good condition.
